Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples & Family
Sandee Beal, MS, LMFT

Counseling Services with Care
I feel it's important to offer a nurturing yet challenging experience in therapy.
I believe people can confront the more difficult parts of themselves in a safe therapeutic environment. I provide this in our sessions, bringing warmth and respect to the relationship. Together we will identify emotional and behavioral patterns that may not be serving you well today. Through increased awareness and insight, therapy will help you make healthier choices, and let go of old patterns. In time, you may see your difficulties through a different lens. You may feel a strength and wisdom that you haven't felt before.
I have been in the mental health and counseling profession for over 20 years. I use a combination of eclectic theoretical perspectives. My diverse experience includes working with people from different cultural, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am bilingual, providing therapeutic services in English & Spanish for individual adults, couples, families, adolescent and children.
Being an animal lover has inspired me to recently add Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to my practice. After an initial consultation, I will recommend a format designed to meet your needs.
